E-commerce Specialist

Cosmedica is seeking a commercially sharp and technically capable E-Commerce Specialist to run and grow the direct-to-consumer online channel for Face Formula. We are looking for someone who is equally at home analysing conversion data and getting hands-on in Shopify – someone who takes full ownership and makes things happen.

Face Formula (formerly Elixir Cosmeceuticals) is built on nearly 20 years of expertise, developed by a strong professional community of dermatologists, biochemists, and experienced skin therapists. With proven efficacy, high quality, and the trust of more than 325 clinics across Scandinavia, we have established a strong position within results-driven skincare.
We are positioned in the premium segment with high customer loyalty. Today, around 70% of sales come through professional skin clinics, supported by a growing B2C channel and the Face Formula Academy, which educates and certifies professionals. With a recent rebrand, solid profitability, and strong owners backing us, we are now gearing up for targeted expansion into selected European markets.
Your role as E-Commerce Specialist
As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will take full ownership of Face Formula's DTC online channel. You don't need to be a full-stack developer – but you do need to know Shopify well enough to identify exactly what needs to change technically to get better results, and be able to either execute it yourself or direct it with precision. The commercial strategy and wider marketing context will be well supported by the team around you. What we need from you is independent execution and a sharp technical instinct for what drives online performance. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will:
Own the day-to-day performance of our online store – identifying and acting on opportunities to improve conversion, increase average order value, and grow revenue
Work hands-on in Shopify – making theme and UX changes, configuring apps, and improving site performance without always needing to hand off to a developer
Lead A/B testing and CRO – designing and running experiments across the customer journey to systematically improve conversion, backed by data and heatmap analysis
Build and maintain e-commerce reporting dashboards that translate data into clear, actionable insights
Integrate and manage the e-commerce tech stack – connecting our storefront with email, analytics, ad tracking, loyalty, and inventory platforms
Support B2B online shops across markets with site audits, UX guidelines, and best practice recommendations
We are looking for someone who
Knows Shopify inside out – you understand the platform well enough to diagnose what's holding back performance and know what technical changes are needed to fix it, whether you're making them yourself or directing someone else
Is a natural executor – you don't wait to be told what to do; you spot the problem, form a view, and get on with it
Has strong A/B testing and CRO skills – you use data, heatmaps, and structured experiments to drive conversion improvements, not gut feel alone
Is analytically minded – comfortable building dashboards, reading performance data, and making decisions based on evidence
Has solid e-commerce commercial experience – you understand the levers that drive online revenue and have moved them before
Works well independently – the team around you brings strong commercial and marketing capability; your superpower is technical execution and an instinct for what makes online experiences convert
