Cosmedica is seeking a driven and creative Head of Marketing to lead the brand and growth strategy for Face Formula. We are looking for someone with a strong track record in skincare or beauty, who is equally passionate about bold brand building and performance-driven digital marketing.

Face Formula (formerly Elixir Cosmeceuticals) is built on nearly 20 years of expertise, developed by a strong professional community of dermatologists, biochemists, and experienced skin therapists. With proven efficacy, high quality, and the trust of more than 325 clinics across Scandinavia, we have established a strong position within results-driven skincare.
We are positioned in the premium segment with high customer loyalty. Today, around 70% of sales come through professional skin clinics, supported by a growing B2C channel and the Face Formula Academy, which educates and certifies professionals. With a recent rebrand, solid profitability, and strong owners backing us, we are now gearing up for targeted expansion into selected European markets.
Your role as Head of Marketing
As our Head of Marketing, you will shape and lead the marketing strategy at a pivotal moment in our brand's growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of four, you will:
Define and drive the brand strategy – crafting a distinctive identity and storytelling that makes consumers choose, trust, and recommend Face Formula
Build and grow our B2B marketing engine – developing programmes, tools, and activations that help our clinic and trade partners become genuine brand ambassadors, driving demand through their networks and communities
Scale our digital marketing channels – including paid social, SEM/SEO, influencer, email/CRM, and strategic partnerships
Build and execute an integrated annual marketing plan that delivers measurable revenue growth across both B2B and DTC channels
Lead new product launches from go-to-market strategy through to execution – ensuring both trade and consumer audiences are brought on the journey
Own the customer retention strategy – building loyalty, increasing lifetime value, and driving repeat purchase
Develop the marketing team – creating clear accountability and career development paths for your direct reports
We are looking for someone who
Has a verifiable track record of building brands in skincare, beauty, or premium consumer goods – ideally at a global or multi-market level
Understands the power of B2B as a marketing channel – you know how to build brand equity and community through clinic, trade, and professional partnerships, not just through channels you fully control
Is digital-first, with deep expertise across paid social, SEM/SEO, influencer marketing, and email/CRM – but equally understands that in our world, a trusted skin therapist recommending a product is one of the most powerful marketing moments there is
Brings strong commercial acumen – able to turn data and insights into strategies that move the revenue needle
Is hands-on and execution-oriented – equally comfortable setting vision and rolling up their sleeves
Has experience across both B2B and DTC channels, and knows how to balance the two without one cannibalising the other
Is a confident, empathetic leader with high EQ and the ability to influence across the organisation
